For Businesses:

Your customer places an order on your ordering platform (website, app, over the phone, etc. Your staff collects the items that are ordered and places them in a designated spot in your store for Wise Wheels deliveries. Your staff will also fill out a ticket that has the customers name, address, phone number, number of items, and delivery notes.

Wise Wheels will arrive at your store, bring the products to our vehicle, then deliver the items directly to your customer. Wise Wheels will take a photo of the delivery at the customer’s address and send the photo to the customer and yourself to prove that the delivery was made.

For Individuals Ordering From a Store:

Wise Wheels helps families and individuals save time by delivering orders that they place with local retailers. For example, if you want to place an order at a grocery store, box store (Target, Walmart, Home Depot, Lowes), cosmetic, or sporting goods store we will pick up your order and deliver it to your front door. Click on the “Book a delivery” tab to have your order delivered today.

*We do not deliver individual orders that have a pick up address that is west of Manalapan.

For Individuals Transporting Items (Sold an Item, Etc);
